• Personal Information Provided by You. We collect names; phone numbers; usernames; passwords; debit/credit card numbers; email addresses; and other similar information.
• Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (e.g., credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information collected through our App

In Short: We collect information regarding your push notifications when you use our App.

• Contact List. We may request to access your contact list to help with the quick selection of contacts for bill payments via SkyDrive. You have the option to decline this request.
• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To post testimonials containing personal variables (with previous consent).

No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need, data is securely isolated, deleted, or anonymized.

We have implemented appropriate technical security measures. However, no absolute cloud storage technology is 100% secure. Transmission to and from our App is at your own risk.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from minor users has been collected, we will deactivate the account and promptly purge records.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

Account Information: You can log in to your account settings to update or request deletion of data. We may retain archival files to resolve fraud or support troubleshooting parameters.

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe at any point via the direct footer link inside any promotional communication vectors or by writing to dpo@skydrive.one.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most operating systems carry unified Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) flags. Because uniform software communication definitions aren't legally set up across the industry yet, we currently don't automatically override layout features on unverified requests.

9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine The Light”) allows California residents to request data mapping details once a year free of charge. Submit formal structural deletion or removal tasks directly using our contact infrastructure.
